Birds' Eye View

I like to stand at the window  of the 12th storey apartment we are staying in, and watch the happenings below. Most of the time, most people I look at, aren't aware that they are being watched!

 The Lord looks from heaven; 

He sees all the sons of men. 

From the place of His dwelling He looks 

On all the inhabitants of the earth; 

He fashions their hearts individually; 

He considers all their works.
Psalm 33:13-15 

Similarly, we are being constantly watched by GOD above.

Out of all His handiwork, GOD is interested to observe

mankind - the highest order in creation.

He looks beyond their outward appearance 

and their works.

He considers the motives of their minds 

and the attitudes of their hearts.

He checks to see why they do what they do.

Why is the LORD so interested to know these things about individuals?

It is because He loves people.

He wants to fashion the hearts of individuals

so that they may be in a position to receive His pure love.

His greatest desire is to pour His love into human hearts.

He made us for that purpose.

Sin has turned hearts away from the LORD.

Are you happy that your Heavenly  Father is watching you from above?

The most fulfilling experience of the human heart

is to be filled with the love of GOD!

 Therefore, having been justified by faith, 

we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 

  through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, 

and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 

  And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations,

knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 

  and perseverance, character; 

and character, hope. 

  Now hope does not disappoint, 

because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts 

by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
